BIOLOGY


Massimo Boyer has a many decades experience in the scientific research, from mediterranean ecosystems (coralligenous bottoms, Posidonia beds, fish communities) to the tropical reefs.
In indonesia since 2000, he coordinates research projects in cooperation with Università Politecnica delle Marche. His specific research fields are the dynamics of reef fish communities, conservation and evaluation of impact by human and natural agents.
He transfers his experience as free lance lecturer during lectures at the University on reef ecology and diversity, and in courses open to everybody, like those organized at the Acquario Civico di Milano.
Within the framework of conservation programs, he works on soft coral breeding for the domestic aquarium market, in progress in Indonesia and Maldives.
He works as consultant in environmental studies in the sea, for evaluation of impact, visual census of fish communities, photographic sampling in aquatic environment. To download curriculum vitae or for contacts.
